The problem

A season is held together with tape.

Not because anyone’s doing it wrong. The pieces are scattered, the stakes are real, and the app that was meant to help often makes it worse.

01

The details live in five places

A group text, an email, a printout on the fridge, and two apps. Practice moves to 6:30 and half the team still turns up at 6:00.

02

Nobody’s sure who’s coming

A show of hands at the last game, the manager chasing replies the night before, a lineup guessed at right up to warm-up.

03

The emergency info is in the car

Allergies, the EpiPen, who to call. On a paper roster in a binder in someone’s trunk, not on a phone at the field when a kid goes down.

04

The rules are a PDF nobody opened

Concussion return steps, roster caps, cancellation deadlines. Miss one and it’s a child’s safety, or a real fine at the gym door.

05

The reminder never arrives

The one job a team app has. A practice is cancelled at 4:00 and a parent still drives out at 5:00 for nothing.

06

Your family quietly becomes the product

Ads to sit through, and a privacy policy that hands names and numbers to advertisers. A list of which adult belongs to which child is the last thing that should be for sale.

These aren’t guesses. They come from public reviews, parent forums and privacy reporting. See where it all comes from.

What makes it different

The things we refuse to get wrong.

Private by default

Your child’s medical details stay private. Only the coaches who actually need them can open them, and they have to prove who they are first. Every time someone looks, you can see it. Phone numbers, emails, birthdays and the medical and emergency details are encrypted, and a stolen copy of the database gives up none of them. Two things stay readable: names and team lists, because every list needs them, and the address you sign in with, because a sign-in link has to be sent somewhere.

Reminders that actually arrive

Four before every event: three days out, the day before, the morning of, and a few hours before. Each one checks the plan just before it goes, so nobody gets reminded about a practice that was cancelled an hour ago. The rest of the time it stays quiet, and nothing lands overnight. The exception is a concussion or safeguarding alert, which always goes straight through.

One tap to answer, no account needed

A grandparent can answer “Going?” for one child straight from an email: no sign-in, no app, first name only. Every family gets it. We don’t hold it back behind a fee.

Your league’s rules, built in

We set your league’s rulebook up for you: every deadline, fine, roster cap and cancellation window. The app watches the clocks a manager used to keep in their head. Play a friendly or a house-league game and none of it shows up. Ontario’s basketball league is the worked example, in full. Your sport and league fit the same way.

No ads. No data sale. Ever.

The club’s subscription keeps the lights on, so your family never has to be the thing we sell. No ads, no data brokers. The company that delivers our email sees the address and what the email says: a reminder carries your child’s first name, the team, and when and where to be, and a removal notice names your child and says a concussion is suspected, because the law says you hear at once. It never sees what’s behind the notice: no medical history, no emergency contacts, no contact list.

Every adult on the bench, checked

The adults around your child carry real obligations: a police record check, the league’s coaching qualifications, concussion education and a confirmation each season that they have reviewed it. The app holds what the league requires of each role, tracks it person by person, and warns before anything lapses. A lapsed coach loses that bench, never the kids’ season.

The complaints process, in plain sight

You can read the protest, discipline and appeal procedures that actually govern your child’s team, right beside the button for raising a concern. The safeguarding door comes first, never buried under sport paperwork. If a league doesn’t publish a procedure, the app says so rather than invent a deadline. The Canadian Sport Helpline is always on the page.

Safe by design

A coach can’t message your child alone. There’s always a second adult, and you can read what’s said. The one exception is a conversation your child has kept you out of. Sometimes the adult a child needs to talk about is at home. The club’s safe-sport contact watches that one instead. And a child coming back from a concussion can’t be rushed: the return-to-play steps won’t skip ahead.

What matters isn’t any single detail. It’s the picture they add up to: which adult belongs to which child, on which team, reachable at which number. So another family can never look up your number. They see names and the staff contacts, and that is all.

How it’s funded

Clubs pay a little. Families pay nothing.

This costs money to build and run. We’d rather the club cover it than pay for it with your attention or your kids’ information. That one choice is why we can promise no ads and nothing sold.

The club pays

One team is free forever. After that the club pays for the whole club: $150 a year up to five teams, $390 up to fifteen, $890 up to forty. Those are Canadian dollars, plus your province’s tax. That fee is how we make money. There is no second way. See the full pricing.

Families never pay

No family ever pays a cent, and no parent ever types a card into this app. Everything a family uses is included, for everyone, always: reminders, RSVP, the calendar, the safety card.

So your family isn’t the product

Because the club already covers it, there’s nothing to gain from ads or selling data. There’s no ad software in the app to do it with either. The fee your club pays is what keeps your family’s information off the market.

On price: the honest version Those are today’s prices and they could still change. We’d rather publish a number that might move than make a volunteer board ask for a quote. Nobody is charged anything today: there is no way to pay us, so a club starts free or talks to us. And this isn’t a payment app: we don’t collect registration fees or league dues, and we never handle a family’s money. Everything each plan includes is on the pricing page.
